 The BeaverMatic® IQF is the workhorse of every heat treat shop.  Known for its reliability since the early 1960's when it was first introduced, this proven performance, carburizing, hardening and carbon nitriding furnace has a unique design concept.

 BeaverMatic's® Temper Furnaces are specifically designed for drawing, tempering and stress relieving applications. These units serve as companions to the complete line of BeaverMatic Internal Quench Furnaces. However, BeaverMatic tempers are compatible for use with all standard IQF equipment. Available at low competitive costs, BeaverMatic Tempers assure rigid temperature and specific process results. 

 
BeaverMatic® Washers are batch-type, power spray units that provide totally dependable cleansing action. They feature a high-capacity centrifugal pump which supplies washing solution to the spray nozzles and ejects it at 60 psi. BeaverMatic's strategically engineered spray pattern penetrates the load, removing all deposits and surface contaminants. 

 BeaverMatic® Endothermic Generator provides manufacturing facilities with the flexibility of allowing on-site production of power protective atmospheres for operating more cost effectively and efficiently. 

 Innovative new technology has made the BeaverMatic® Tip-Up the most advanced and reliable furnace of its type on the market today.  Built of heavy gauge structural steel, this precision-engineered powerhouse handles loads up to 100,000 lbs. with ease. Designed from controlled atmosphere operation, it utilizes ceramic fiber insulation modules, provides a tight seal and maintains excellent temperature uniformity in the 1650°F (900°C) range. 

BeaverMatic® Roller Hearth provides for a a variety of common heat treatments such as annealing, normalizing, stress relief, hardening, and tempering as well as brazing. 

 A BeaverMatic® Pit Furnace is utilized for nitriding or tempering smaller intricate parts for superior strength and achieving excellent part uniformity.
